Michele D’Apolito

He offers business consultancy services and extraordinary company transaction support, and he is specialized in management and recovery within the frame of corporate crisis.

He has collaborated with the Court of Cremona on numerous insolvency proceedings and also as a Court-appointed technical consultant in numerous civil proceedings.

Over the years, he has been member of the Auditor Board of numerous important limited companies and semi-government agencies (Autostrade Centropadane Spa, ARPA Lombardia, ASST Cremona, Municipality of Cremona, among the others).

He has worked with Il Sole 24 Ore since 2014 and published many journal articles about corporate crisis. Michele D’Apolito is often invited as a speaker at specialized conferences on societal matters, management of crises and recovery by training institutions and local professional associations.
